1 1/2 cup
quick rolled oats
3/4 cup dates, chopped
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup oil
1 cup apples, raw and shredded
Combine
all ingredients. Press together into a flat casserole dish.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Bake at
375F for 20-25 minutes. Slice into little squares and enjoy.
Note: Almonds
would probably work well in place of the walnuts.
