1/3 cup
almond butter
1 1/2 large or 2 small apples (chopped)
2 eggs
2 Tbs oil
1 1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup carob powder
1/2 tsp white powdered stevia
30 chopped almonds
Puree almond
butter, apples, eggs and oil in blender until smooth. Add flour,
salt and powders and mix. Add almonds and stir. Drop by spoonfuls
on baking sheet. Bake at 325F for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
