Cookie Jar Cookies

3 1/2 cup flour
2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup crisp rice cereal
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup oatmeal

Heat oven to 350F degrees. In bowl, combine all ingredients except oatmeal, rice cereal and coconut until mixed well. By hand, stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned.
