Mix
the following: 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup applesauce 2 eggs whites
1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup water
Then
stir in: 1 cup wholewheat flour 1/2 tsp baking soda
Add:
3 cups oatmeal 3/4 cup raisins 3/4 cup chopped dates (or 1 1/2 cups chopped
dried fruit)
Drop
by tablespoons onto cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Flatten somewhat. Bake at 350
for 12-15 minutes or til browned.
