2 cups All-Purpose
flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
2 eggs
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup applesause
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 can plain pumpkin
3/4 cup pecans
Preheat
oven to 350F and grease or line muffin cups. Mix wet ingredients
in a small bowl until smooth. In a large bowl sift dry ingredients
together, then add wet mixture all at once. Spoon into muffin
cups almost to the top and bake 40 to 60 minutes.
